· Title / Position: External Evaluator – AmeriCorps Ohio College Guides Program
Organization: College Now Greater Cleveland
Location: Cleveland, Ohio, though the College Guides program is in nine communities throughout Ohio. The evaluator does not necessarily need to live in or near Cleveland as a condition of submitting an RFP and performing the evaluation work.
Hours / Full or Part Time: part-time project work
Time period: Contract to begin in March 2015 and end in November 2016
Description of position: External evaluator to develop impact evaluation design plan, conduct impact evaluation, perform analysis, and provide a well-written, readable report to submit with the College Guides AmeriCorps re-compete grant application in November 2016 that documents the activities and results of the evaluation as based on implementing the design laid out in the evaluation plan.
Education / experience requirements: Previous Impact Evaluation experience utilizing comparison/control groups, experience with AmeriCorps or other national service programs a plus.
