Job Duties and Responsibilities:
· Participate in program evaluation and research
· Collect and disseminate knowledge of clinical science and interpersonal neurobiological processes in a practical and programmatically impactful manner
· Play an active role in advocating policy initiated at the state and local level
· Assist, create, and lead clinical trainings and projects
· Write articles and books
· Facilitate complex projects involving many diverse organizational programs
· Support developing and implementing evidence-based practices throughout the organization
· Support quality initiatives throughout the organization
· Maintain regular and reliable attendance.
· May be involved in the planning, organization, and implementation of special clinical events or department specific projects
· In times of need, employee may be asked to complete related duties other than those indicated above as assigned by their supervisor
Qualifications:
· Master’s Degree in psychology or related field, Ph.D. is highly preferred
· Organization, evaluation, and thinking critically will be required for success in the position
