The Quality Assurance and Clinical Training Department seeks a Quality Data Analyst. The ideal candidate will possess a strong analytical background, English reading and writing skills, and computer literacy skills, including Windows applications, Microsoft Office Suite, and basic database usage, as well as basic typing.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage client data, satisfaction data and program data.
- Responsible for managing and monitoring data collection.
- Aggregating and Mining data
- Work with program directors to create logic models and fidelity measures with the goal of accurately planning data collection instruments and procedures.
- Perform consultations with Program managers on program development, data collection, grant writing, special reporting, program improvement, and data interpretation.
- Prepare longitudinal data reports, program monitoring reports and quality reports.
- Assist in research studies and data analysis.
- Perform sophisticated statistical techniques, such as predictive modeling, and qualitative/quantitative data exploration.
- Collaborate with program directors, helping with program monitoring, evaluation and research.
- Maintains regular and reliable attendance.
- May be involved in the planning, organization, and implementation of special events or department specific projects or seasonal program changes.
- In times of need, may be asked to complete related duties other than those indicated above as assigned by their supervisor.
Performance/Physical Requirements:*
