Description of Position:
The Performance and Quality Improvement (PQI) Manager will be responsible for performance improvement and evaluation of activities agency-wide to include identifying and implementing initiatives that will increase quality and efficiency. The PQI Manager will also be responsible for monitoring compliance with all regulatory bodies.
Education/Experience Requirements:
This position requires a bachelor’s degree in social work, business administrative or related fields and a minimum of three years of experience in a non-profit environment or equivalent related work experience. Individuals who possess strong organizational and project management skills and who have the ability to interact with all levels of individuals across multiple disciplines are encouraged to apply.
