In these times, many organizations have to adapt and adjust, and if conducted and communicated properly, evaluators may be able to use evaluation results to help organizations do this.  Sometimes decision-makers view evaluation as the first to go, when in reality it can help them make better choices. This workshop will help evaluators and others use evaluation to foster change and promote strategic improvement.
