Since 2017, The Dayton Foundation has been placing highly skilled, recently retired professionals with nonprofits as paid Fellows, to work on critical community issues in the Dayton region. As we approach our fifth anniversary, we are seeking an external evaluation of the impact of this initiative on our community.
