Description of position: ICF's Youth & Adult Education Portfolio is currently seeking a Senior Research Analyst to lead education research and evaluation project tasks. Clients include federal and state education agencies, colleges and universities, and private companies. As a Senior Research Analyst, you will apply your academic knowledge and work experience and gain exposure to major projects related to research, evaluation, and technical assistance in K-20 and adult education, with particular emphasis on college and career access and success programs. You will be heavily involved in task leadership, literature reviews, survey development, data synthesis and analysis, writing reports, delivering presentations, as well as business development and other tasks as required. The position is full-time remote.
