This letter is to announce the release of the Ohio Department of Job and Family Services’ (ODJFS) Request for Letterhead Bids (RLB), JFSR1213178031, Fatherhood Project Evaluation Services Consultant. ODJFS seeks the services of one qualified vendor that
is currently certified by the Ohio Department of Administrative Services as a Minority Business Enterprise, experienced in the tools and methods of human services program evaluation to assess the program designs, operations, and goals of grant-funded projects
under the Ohio Fatherhood Initiative and to recommend to ODJFS those tools and methods that could be used by the grantees and by ODJFS to capture and analyze data that measures program effectiveness and success.
