Director of Evaluation and Research, Center for Family Safety and Healing

The Center for Family Safety and Healing is seeking a Director of Evaluation and Research.

GENERAL SUMMARY

The Director of Evaluation and Research (DER) is responsible for leading the evaluation, research and information management of all TCFSH programs and services.  The DER is accountable for the development and delivery of the overall research plan, outcome evaluation system, and management reports to support the departments of TCFSH. 

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• 1.     Master’s degree or PhD in health science, sociology, epidemiology, public policy and management or other related fields preferred.
• 2.     Experience in clinical research and/or program evaluation within data management, site monitoring, prevention science, program or project management.
• 3.     Experience in Quality Improvement methodology.
• 4.     Proficient with electronic medical records system and remote data capture.
• 5.     Demonstration of strong analytical thinking and problem resolution skills.
• 6.     Experience with budget and grant management.
• 7.     Detailed oriented with proven strong work ethic and initiative.
• 8.     Possesses strong communication skills and ability to navigate through complex clinical environment.
• 9.     Experience working in the child welfare system or the field of abuse and family violence a plus.
