RFP: ARC - Needs and gaps of drinking water and wastewater infrastructure in the Appalachian Region

Appalachian Regional Commission is seeking proposals from qualified researchers and consultants to assess the needs and gaps of drinking water and wastewater infrastructure in the Appalachian Region.

A variety of research methods should be utilized. ARC’s 2005 report should serve as a guide to the research, and emphasis should be placed on changes and trends over the past two decades.

Required deliverables include:

• Final report that includes extensive analysis and discussion, as well as compelling visuals;  
• Standalone executive summary highlighting key findings and takeaways;
• Staff presentation, which may be conducted virtually;   
• Edited datasets and results of statistical analyses; 
• Underlying GIS files for all maps included in the report.
