RFP: READY Local Governments Grant Program

ARC is seeking proposals from qualified contractors to administer our READY Local Governments Grant Program. READY Local Governments is one of four learning tracks under READY Appalachia, ARC's capacity-building initiative for communities in the Appalachian Region.

The Contractor shall provide support services to ARC from February 2024 through July 2027. Services will include: 

• Overseeing the entire grant application process, which includes hosting a pre-application webinar and providing technical assistance to interested applicants; 
• Managing all awarded grants, including reviewing reports, processing payments, and providing post-award technical assistance; and,
• Evaluating all awarded grants, including the production of a comprehensive evaluation strategy for these grants, executing that strategy, and producing a full program evaluation report.
