Description of position:  The LEADER Consortium (Launching Equity in the Academy across the Dayton Entrepreneurial Region; www.wright.edu/leader), funded by the NSF ADVANCE Program, seeks an Internal Program Evaluator to conduct program assessment for activities that promote the success of women in STEM fields across four institutions. The Internal Program Evaluator will be responsible for collecting institutional data and maintaining longitudinal data systems, coordinating with administrators and key personnel at LEADER consortium institutions, and fulfilling reporting requirements to the Leadership Team and the NSF. Responsibilities include (but are not limited to): implementing evaluation methodologies (surveys, focus groups, interviews and related techniques); developing data analysis plans and analyzing data; providing formative and summative evidence for oral and written internal/external evaluation reports, briefings and presentations; working with institutional representatives from across our consortium to create formal and informal reports; traveling to institutions within the consortium (in Dayton region) to execute programmatic goals and responsibilities.
