Manager of Data Collection and Analysis
Grant Fundamentals, LLC provides objective, comprehensive program evaluation services for the social and behavioral sciences and education and works with organizations at the local, state, and federal level.
The Manager of Data Collection and Analysis will oversee all phases of the data collection processundefinedresearch design, instrument development and administration, database management, data analysis, and reportingundefinedand must have familiarity working with large data sets (both quantitative and qualitative). The Manager will supervise a team of graduate students and employees in the area of data collection and cleaning and will report to the Grant Fundamentals Director. A successful candidate for this position will have the following skills and experiences:
Advanced degree or experience in statistics or measurement for the behavioral sciences or a related field A broad knowledge of statistics and survey research methods Demonstrated ability to collect, organize and analyze large data sets using a variety of quantitative and qualitative methods including multivariate analyses Familiarity with statistical analysis software Experience with online data collection systems Experience with survey development Some experience with qualitative data collection and assessment The ability to work with little day to day supervision and set and meet deadlines Written and oral communication skills Ability to work with various types of people in a variety of situations
